How do I care for my HUSH Jewelry?
Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it while swimming, showering, exercising, washing hands, and before applying perfume, lotion, or hair products.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our product; however, if your jewelry should be exposed to any of the above products, tarnishing may occur. Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural pH levels.
What are your products made of?
HUSH jewelry is primarily created with brass metal that is plated with gold, silver, and rose gold.
If a particular piece uses other materials, it will be listed on the product’s description.
How do I clean my HUSH Jewelry?
To keep HUSH jewelry clean, wipe it with a soft cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaner.
Ordering
Can I modify or change my order?
We are unable to modify, change, or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you have any questions, please contact HUSH Guest Services

Shipping
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Do you ship outside of the contiguous United States?
HUSH currently does not ship to the following destinations: Alaska and Hawaii, and International.
I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?
We are not responsible for the packages once it ships and is in the hands of the USPS but please contact HUSH Guest Services to see how we can help
My package is missing an item, what do I do?

Sales Tax
Illinois State shipments pay 10.25% sales tax at the time of checkout. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.
Return Policy
All items must be returned or exchanged accompanied with original tags within 7 days of when you received your item(s). After 7 days returns or exchanges are still eligible for a merchandise credit up to 30 days.
All returns must be sent back to HUSH in the original packaging and condition within 7 days of the date your shipment is received. The return/refund process starts the day the items are returned to us. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return process to be completed. Refunds are returned to the form of payment the order was originally placed under (or store credit). The credit card company may take up to 10 business days for the credit to be seen on your account.
Return for Exchange
Items must be received back to us in the original packaging and condition. Please allow 5-7 business days after the package has been delivered back to HUSH to complete the exchange process. If there is a price difference between the item being returned compared to the requested exchange item, the customer will be responsible for the difference. If there is a credit due to the customer, that credit will be applied to the original form of payment back to the customer.
