Full-Service Planning Package includes: 

  • Complimentary initial consultation (prior to hire)

  • Establishing a wedding budget.

  • Personalized planning calendar.

  • Scouting the perfect venue

  • Securing your vendors:

    • Officiant

    • Caterer

    • Décor & Design.

    • Florist

    • Entertainment (DJ, band, live music, etc.)

    • Photographer.

    • Videographer.

    • Baker and/or dessert station, etc.  

  • Review all vendor contracts and assist with contract negotiation.

  • Manage vendors.

  • Track vendor payments.

  • Provide continuous communication via e-mail, phone, and in-person meetings as needed.

  • Coordination of ceremony processional.

  • Design the floor plans.

  • Create a detailed wedding day timeline.

  • Schedule a final walk-through at the venue before the wedding.

  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (if need be) 

  • Up to 12 hours of Wedding day coordination with your planner and 8hrs with an assistant.

Month-of Coordination

Month-of Wedding Coordination includes:

  • Complimentary initial consultation

  • Review vendor contracts

  • Schedule a final walk-through of venue 

  • Create a detailed wedding day timeline.

  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (if need be) 

  • Up to 12hrs of Wedding day coordination.

  • Acceptance of all vendors and set up instructions.

  • Manage vendor & décor setup at ceremony & reception sites  

  • Provide wedding day emergency kit 

  • Assuring the reception location is set prior to the first guest’s arrival.

  • Coordination of couple, bridal party and immediate family during ceremony, pictures and reception.

  • Coordination with reception site manager and vendors 

  • Set up and break down table numbers/names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions.

  • Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances are finalized.

  • Gathering of all items to be packed and distribute to designated individuals.
